Are the frame and the Forks made in Europe ?

Yes, the frame and fork of City One are designed and manufactured in Europe. The frame uses a cold welding technique (no visible welding), the same technique used in the aeronautics industry.

Where should I go if I have a problem with my bike ?

The shop where you picked up your City One is in charge of the maintenance of your City One. If you are on holiday or for some other reason away from home, another Plinius certified shop will take care of your bike.

Where is City One designed ?

City One was designed in Germany (Stuttgart), almost 100% of the components not designed by Plinius (made in the EU), are European made (Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France and UK), Battery comes from Asia.

Why is insurance not possible in all countries ?

We are working with our main partner who already covers 15 countries. We should extend this offer to more countries. Insurance is a difficult and particular subject, each country keeps a form of commercial monopoly on insurance.

What is the guarantee on the City One ?

When will I be notified of the delivery of my City One ?

A few days before, you will receive an email (with 3 reminders), with the details (Telephone and address) of the shop near you, you can make an appointment to take possession of your City One

Will I have to pay delivery charges or taxes for a City One delivery in the European Union ?

City One's delivery charges are free only within the European Union, in this area we do not have any taxes. This is the case for the United Kingdom for example.

When will the CityOne be delivered ?

We will deliver the first CityOne in the first quarter of 2023.
